Have you noticed that it is quite naive that we have to take some exams only once in life. Let us take a look at the A-level tests. You take them once in your life and you are believed to keep this knowledge that you had then through the rest of your life. Because if you will decide to go to the university once again, you will present exactly the same certificate. Don´t you think it´s kind of strange? I am almost 100% sure that after five years you won´t remember a thing from high school. The same thing is with driving. You only have to take theory test once. When you will get your driving license you no longer will be asked any question from the Highway Code. You are believed to know it and remember it well. That´s really naive. If you will take a look at the cars driving the streets you will immediately see that mos of the people don´t remember a thing from their theory test. It was too long ago. Maybe it would be a better idea to introduce this theory test as an obligatory and everyone would have to take it at least once in five years. What do you think about it? I think that mos of the people wouldn´t like this idea. It would definitely show up during the test that they don´t know the regulations at all.
